Your Wellness+ membership fee is HSA/FSA-eligible for enrollees in a qualifying High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), per IRS Notice 2026-05. Weight loss and peptide therapy are billed separately at member pricing to preserve eligibility.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Weight loss and peptide therapy are optional add-ons available at member pricing after joining.

Does a Wellness+ membership replace my health insurance?
No. Wellness+ is a membership, not insurance. You pay one flat monthly fee for access to your provider. Your existing insurance, if you have it, still works normally for anything outside of Wellvera, like labs, specialists, or prescriptions filled at your pharmacy.
Do I have to join a plan to see a provider?
No. If you just need a one-time visit, you can pay $79 for a single virtual visit with no membership at all. Membership is only for people who want ongoing, flat-rate access.
What other services does Wellvera provide?
Beyond primary care, we also offer medical weight loss plans, including compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with peptide therapy. These are optional add-ons available at member pricing any time after you join, so you don't need to decide upfront.
How fast will I hear back if I message?

Can I book an appointment instead of messaging?
Yes, virtual visits with your provider are always available if you'd rather talk it through than message. Booking an appointment isn't required, it's just another way to get care when you want it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll keep access through the period you've already paid for.
What if I need labs or in-person care?
Most care happens entirely virtually, messaging, visits, and prescriptions. If you need bloodwork, we'll send orders to a lab near you so you can get labs drawn locally, with results reviewed by your provider. If something needs urgent, in-person, or emergency care beyond what virtual care can safely handle, we'll help point you to the right place right away.
