Wellvera Health provides virtual telehealth services including medical weight loss, primary care, and urgent care to patients in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, New York, Utah, and Vermont. All clinical services are provided by licensed healthcare providers.

3. Not Emergency Care

Wellvera Health is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Not all patients will qualify for medication-based treatment.

5. Telehealth Consent

By using Wellvera Health's services, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth technology. You understand that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care and that your provider may determine that an in-person visit is necessary.

6. Prescription Medications

Wellvera Health providers may prescribe compounded medications prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Your provider will determine whether medication is appropriate for you based on your individual clinical profile.

7. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is clearly displayed on our website. You are responsible for all fees associated with your care. Wellvera Health does not bill insurance for weight loss services. Payment is due at the time of service.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time with no penalty. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or medications already shipped.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the property of Wellvera Health and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wellvera Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the prior 30 days.
